Psalms can serve as a guide to worship. Psalms demonstrates to us how we can relate honestly to God. Psalms demonstrates the importance of reflecting & meditating on what God has done for us.
TIPS FOR READING THROUGH THE PSALMS:
• Decide what type of Psalm you are reading.
• Take time to take in the imagery and emotion expressed.
• Pay attention to patterns and repetition.
• Learn to look for metaphors and think about what they mean.
