Location Pastor
This is a full-time pastoral role based in Idaho's Treasure Valley. You'll serve as a Location Pastor at one of our existing locations while we prepare for our next opening or new location launch. In this role, you'll lead a team, pastor people, and carry real responsibility — while being coached and developed along the way. You'll help strengthen the campus you're leading and play an active part in our growth as a church.
The right person for this role loves people, is passionate about evangelism and leadership, and is ready to be sent wherever the need is greatest, whether that's stepping into a location in transition or helping launch something new.
